The Andrew Carnegie Birthplace museum is a registered charity that is reliant on the generosity of our supporters to operate. Every penny donated to the museum goes directly towards keeping the museum running. We are committed to free access for all and can only do that with your continued support.
Your donation allows us to:
provide free access to the museum for all visitors
develop and deliver our free schools programme
offer free activities, groups and classes for our audiences
care for and conserve an internationally important museum collection
provide free access to researchers to explore our museum collection
support students, interns and volunteers from around the world grow their skills and expertise
maintain the historic buildings that made up the museum site
