Calling ALL LEGO enthusiasts! Join Master Builder Alistair Jelks to help rebuild Pittencrieff House in LEGO on the 400th anniversary of The Great Fire of Dunfermline.
The Fire wiped out up to 75% of the town and although it did not reach Pittencrieff Park, we are building Pittencrieff House as it looked in 1624 because Andrew Carnegie bought the House and Park in 1902 and immediately gifted it to the population.
Our partners in the Heritage Quarter are also building in the other weekends of May, please see the website with more details, book your slot to ensure you get to be a part of rebuilding the Dunfermline of 1624, before the Fire.
Bookings are free and suitable for aged 8 and above, we are definitely needing help from over 18s too!
To help achieve our goal, there are one hour bookable slots for everyone to get involved.
Thanks to partners at Historic Environment Scotland for making this possible.
